Pretty cool!

I would sooooooo adopt that dog, it had to be in extreme pain, and still was wagging it's tail.

I've learned the hard way that a "waggin tail" doesn't mean it's happy. It's also a sign of being severely irritated.

There are studies that show that the degree of "wag" is important in determining a dog's actual demeanor. I had a friend who was a vet tech that was savagely attacked by a Labrador that she was trying to examine. It ripped her thigh apart like a cat tearing into a mouse. It wagged its tail like you see in the video and still tore her to shreds.

Several surgeries later and the pain was still there. The dog was later put down because it's owner never took the responsibility to "train" it's dog not to attack humans. Several attacks afterwords, that is.

I'd really like to know how it ended, myself.

We were working at a house one morning when the nieghbors dog, a Rhodiesian Ridgeback, got a paw caught between the pickets of the fence. One of the finishers walked up to help it and it bit his hand pretty badly.

He said it was a nice dog that had been hanging around the job a few days and its tail was wagging when it was caught in the fence...

You never know what they will do when distressed.

I'm sure that dog in the car just wanted to play and be pet down by the one that helped him.

I've been half eaten by an ankle biter with a sliver, and I've had a wild deer with a broken back totally relax (from an extremely agitated state) as I was examining her. You just never know what to expect.

Guys, the cop comes around front looking for the dog, then notices something about his cruiser, walks over and the dog's sitting in the driver's seat, acts like he's ready to go on patrol for the day.

Glad the Video ran ok for me. Pretty funny. Now I want to know how he got it out of the car.
I always carry bolt cutters in my vehicle. Seems like about once a year we need them to cut some critter loose.

Bet if he would have told him to slide over he'd have had a ride-along.
