Yep, every time. I think the longest my truck has been clean is about 3 days.

Not only that, as soon as I get a paycheck or make a little side money, the wife allways seems to follow with some sort of emergency or need of some kind.

I won't even wash my truck unless they are calling for at least 3 days of dry weather. Of course things can change and last time I washed it I didn't even get to drive it before it rained....

yeah i have the same problem, every single time i washed (i say washed cuz im not exactly home) my truck it would be guarenteed to rain within two days although i think i might have gotten 4 days out of it one time.... the real problem is that i can't avoid the huge mud puddles for some reason. the wife said how it had been so dry and really need to rain.... asked her if she wanted to help me wash my truck...... sure enough..... it rain the next day

Two words.....Running boards and mud flaps! OK 5. My first project when I got my rig was to drive home and take off the running boards. It was spotless when I left the lot and it began raining pretty good on the 2 hour trip home. When I got out the next morning I was surprised at how clean it still was. I also found out they are worth about 1500 bucks retail and stainless steel so I have left them on and my truck stays a lot cleaner for a lto longer. Just a couple pennies.

I'm with patdaly. Rain is how mine gets washed. It always looks so nice after a nice hard driving rain. It must be an Illinois thing.

There should never be a drought in the U.S.A. when ever it is too dry in an area, a truck and car event should be staged. Guaranteed rain. If it is really dry there could be a cruise night.....thunderstorms for sure.
