"tumbler" and I think it might be illegal in someway to mail you a tumble weed due to it would have seeds on it and I dont think they want them in Louisiana

It is in fact illegal its a noxious weed called Russian Thistle and I would not recommend mailing any because I think there is a fine for it if caught. I think for ever thistle there is some 250,000 seeds in it and during the 30s it was used as hay because feed was scarce. I bet the body condition score of those cows was LOWWWWWWWWWWW. By the way it has nothing to do with sage brush. I am a seed dealer can ya tell
I've got tons of them growing all over my place. I actually pull them out when they are small and green, or mow them down, pain in the butt weed. They ARE considered a noxious weed, you REALLY don't want them to get started in your area.
They wreak hovoc on paint jobs when blowing and hitting in 50-60 mph winds!

I get them all the time in my back yard.
Not as bad as the pics here but I do get a few.
I try to get them before they dry out.
We get them blowing across the desert roads all the time here.
I vote to collect em all and send em back to Russia.
