Unhappy DMV has faulty cameras

I had to go to DMV to renew my Drivers license today....must be something wrong with the camera they use to take your picture...That fun loving youthful face of mine was replaced by some grey haired old man ..

I am thinking it to be camera failure of course

Did they make you take a re-evaluation and competency test too? They're doin' that more and more to old people.

I too resemble that remark.
But what I don't understand is, I don't see the same guy in the mirror that I do on the picture.

Lary, look at it this way, at least when you look in the mirror or at a picture you don't see Hoss in his Playboy bunny outfit or a speedo!!!!!!!!

I'm glad that Hoss is at least 250 miles away!!!! But I thought that being it is Easter season again that the bunny pic thing should be brought up again.....

That is a fine idea Gary using a picture of Hoss with photoshop is always a GOOD way to waste time

Lary,
You are supposed to ask them to put that "special" filter on the camera first

I thought you were going to say that the camera couldn't find you in the ghillie suit. Just reapply the camo paint and that "old" man will disappear again.

Lary, I broke the DMV camera once.

Way back when I was in the Navy and home on leave, I went to renew my license (they don't expire if you're in the military and not stationed in your home state), but when they took the picture the lady frowned and said that the camera quit working. I was concerned because it was a small office with one camera and they had already cut up my old drivers license and I was flying out the next day.

She said "not a problem" and gave me a new drivers license that said "valid without picture" in place of where the picture belonged. I stil have it somewhere - out of reach from my teenage boys.

Top, I had to look for an hour for this link. It allows anyone to view their DMV picture online. CNN reported on it two tears ago and Homeland Security tried to ban this link because of "security reasons". I think it had something to do with the way the computers were linked (FBI, State, Homeland Security, DMV, ETC.) For whatever reasons they were unsuccessful. http://www.license.shorturl.com/
