cancer is a scary thing. i lost my two best friends of 17 years to cancer. we do what we can here to fundraise and raise awareness for cancer here in toronto.

 

Glad to hjear the prognosis is good. early detection is the key I had a small sore on my nose that wouldnt heal properly ended up being Basal Cell Carcinoma . never was a sun worshipper just doing outdoor work and riding , but I really think it was from my exposure to UV from the Mig welder . Nose and face always had the welders tan even in the winter

 

I know this is an old thread - but how is she doing Chris? Hope all is well.

My daughter had cancer cells also. They did remove some of her cervex and got it all before it spread. That was a year ago and 2 months ago she gave birth to a beautiful little boy. Cancer just does not mean what it used to mean. You are to be commended for raising your daughter to take care of herself, your bride too.
