If someone here could resize the pic so it would fit in my gallery, I'd show these young'uns a photo of my two step-daughters, then you'd realy see there tongues hanging out....

You know, the bugga boo's and the coochi coo's.
I'll bet you couldn't get the smile off your face even if you wanted to.
But just laying on the couch watching TV with her asleep in your arms has got to be one of my favorites
Ya just turn to butter...You can just tell she has got something on her mind.

Thanks to everyone for all the complements!
Jim… you said it best. I never really considered having kids but the moment I held her for the first time something changed inside me. Now my life revolves around her. I live to see her smile and I will make a fool out of myself to see it. There is nothing better in this world then hearing her little laugh and watching that big grin come across her face. Even small things like how she blinks her eyes are cute to me. Every night that I’m not at the station we have a ritual that we go through. I feed her around 9:00 PM and then she sits on a pillow right next to me on the bed and we watch TV (like I’m really watching the TV at times like these). She will look at the TV and then look up at me like she wants to make sure I’m still there. Then she falls asleep. I’ll hold her for a while and then reluctantly I will put her in her crib.
I try to cherish every moment with her. I figure that I have 10-12 good years with her and then she will become a teenager. Dating??? I don’t think so.

t-7 I know what you mean. I changed the moment I saw my daughter, and I couldn't imagine life without her. Now I have a son on the way.. any day now, I wonder if it's going to be the same with him?
