The Console Vault

For anyone interested, I came across these console vaults that are supposed to fit perfectly in the console beneath our front seats. For those like me who have a need to store a pistol or other valuables in their trucks on occasion, this seems like the perfect answer. They're a bit pricey, but I thought some of you might be interested.

Is there a concrete liner option?

I should clarify that I'm not the one manufacturing and selling these. However, if there is enough interest I could probably produce a similar model in concrete.

Would it be just a concrete top, or a complete liner? I would possibly be interested depending just how costly they are. Thank-you.

If it is a complete concrete liner and top it would affect the center of gravity of our trucks and we would then have to slow down for corners.

Too bad the 2nd gen's don't have the storage under the console.

That would be a nice upgrade, center seat from a 3rd gen, then the vault.

Cool that Dodge is the top link.

Kind of like a gun safe, expensive to have until it saves the collection. I would like to see more on it and know if it is as good as they claim. Cheap insurance if it really will protect your gun or other valuables. I recall just recently a couple of police having their cars burlarized and they got off with department issued guns.
