Heat at idle in real cold is a myth. Gotta load that engine to make it build some heat once it gets down to about -20*...... Of course that nifty 3cyl idle works ok from what I hear......

Meant more along the lines of it staying closer to operating temp at all times, a quick high idle session and youve got a warm truck. Better than having to wait for it to warm up.

Heard many stories of guys going down to Malaysia and the Philippines and never coming home again.
I know an expat there from Texas, he's got a maid, driver, grounds keeper and cook that cost him two days wage ever month. His local girlfriend keeps them in line.

Poor Baby - - I'm sorry.
1932 - The Ford Motor Co. debuted its V-8 engine. How Sweet is was. Wow they were so smooth.
1949 - Newfoundland entered the Canadian confederation as its 10th province. Had no idea it was that recent - - what were they before that?
1980 - U.S. President Carter deregulated the banking industry. So now we look back and say was that a good thing or a bad thing. I hate regulation but we still need some rules to stop what just happened.

Sitting here nursing a sore jaw - - double root canal Saturday (2 hours with the mouth hanging WIDE open) and another two hour session yesterday putting in pins and buildup. OUCH the jaw is just sore - - doesn't want to open. Sipping my coffee very gently and looking for baby food to eat - - LOL. I'm just a big baby anyway when I walk into that dentist office. Hate it.
Oh well, life goes on = = hopefully. Gorgeous day dawning here, still a bit cool but sure pretty. Been soooo busy. Last batch of company left Monday, more coming this Friday. Helping friend build a linen closet in his bath, committee meetings at church, helping friend's widow with her motorhome should would not part with when my friend died. Now sat too long and needs TLC to get ready to sell. Great buy for someone. 99 - - 38' long, double slide, four door fridge, genny, domed seeking satelite system - - all the goodies and only 12,000 miles. Sure good buy for the handy man to bring it all back to snuff. Pretty rig. Buy it for less than $30,000.
OK, gotta get mushing. Be good, have a great one.
Bob
