I just wanted to take a minute and post an update to an old thread. If anyone is on the fence about these things, get off of it, and your wallet and pony up for a set. Even with nearly worn out front tires the difference is amazing. I've only driven a little with them but what I felt is no vibration what-so-ever. The tires feel like they are planted on the highway, almost like adding a couple hundred pounds to each one. I'm excited about the long range benefits. I recommend you double check your fitment with the manufacturer before you buy because it is critical you get the correct parts. The rears popped on perfectly but the fronts required a little light bump to get them over the studs. I think it will be worth the investment.
I believe the website is www.centramatic.com. They are pricey, but they do make alot of sense.

Sorry guys, my ISP has been broken for 2 days. I bought mine from Parrish tire but you might want to go elsewhere. There is a good video on Centramatic's website, Marine posted the link. (thanks) I can definitely confirm the tires run cooler and the truck rides as smooth as glass! These things will probably get me a ticket soon. I no longer can tell by feel how fast I'm going.

I've been running them for 1 yr , when I put them on my ft tires were starting to cup [ high & low spots from bouncing off the road ] when I put them on I rotated the tires front to r. , the cuping wore off , and there is no cupping in the ft now after a yr and I did not change anything els on the front , form the look of the tires last yr they would be gone by now for sure , but to look at then now they will make it till next winter and have even wear in both directions on all the tread .
I think , if you try keep tires as long as you can by maintaing with rotating & balancing , they will pay for them selfs by not paying to balance through the life of the tire , then the tires last longer now your getting paid to use them , not just getting value .

You are a mind reader. I had just ordered some stuff that I will pick up in my Sisters place in OR (saves on shipping and taxes). One of the items on my wish list were those balancers. Now I wish I would have gotten them. I will check back with you in November to see if you still think they are a good idea. Thanks for the post.

I am well familiar with Centramatics, having looked many sets straight in the eye on customers trucks for many many years.
I have wanted them on our daily-driven trucks for quite a few years.
Alas, living in the minimum-wage capitol of the world and now under Obamanomics, such things have always been out of our reach.
I now have a brand-new set of tires stashed under the bed and think that I will just shut my eyes and risk my winter heat money on a set of Centramatics before I mount the new tires.
It reassures me to read such high acclaims when I am fixing to poke my neck out.
Just put a set on the truck a couple weeks ago. So far ride has improved greatly but can't say anything about tire mileage increases. Also put a set on the GN trailer but have not pulled it since so can't comment yet.
