They are saying it has a "rebranded rebuilt" title and all they say it has a cracked cowling (may $200) how can it be rebranded rebuilt

Here in AL. if the title says rebuilt, then the vehicle was totaled by the insurance company and a liscenced rebuilder bought it and fixed it back to the condition it was in before it's accident.

Check it over very carefully to make sure it was fixed properly.
