I ordered a new 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 6 spd. I was told it would be in in 4-6 weeks. That was 6 wks ago, and now the dealer tells me 4-5 weeks, since Dodge cannot get the new cummins 600 in fast enough. My questions are: Is there a way of tracking it, Does anyone know of this problem of engine shortages? and Do you think my dealer sold it to a higher bidder and I'm waiting again?

First off ///i ordered mine 2months ago today apr 10 and it was just off the line apr 6 now waiting to ship from plant in Mexico. So i wouldn`t look for your`s for at least another month. The online sight says mine should be at dealer end of may. That will be almost 3 months since i ordered it.
