Look in the registry and delete the entry. Click start, run, then type regedit and press enter. Then go into HKEY local machine and open the software folder. Look for it in there. Or if you download a real spyware scanner it should remove it for you.

Have you tried "Hijack This" , it's a free download, but be careful with it,
it lists a lot of stuff you do not want to delete. You run the program then
post the list at websites ,forums like this and the experts tell you what to delete. Works very good, do a google search and read up on it,
I use it every 3 months or so just to check.
For protection I have been using AVG Free, works great and updates itself almost every day, and it's free!

Alot of times those things are listed in the "Add/Remove programs" under control panel and removing it from there will take care of it - however - with that said, I have no experience with this particular spyware, so I am not sure if that will solve the problem, but it is easy to find out.

Be careful of Norton. It is brain-dead and always a coupe of weeks late in updates compared to AVG. We have also found out it sometimes messes up programs and slows XP down. It is also VERY hard to remove. I have done everything from regedit, add/remove programs, manually gonna through folder and deleted them and sometimes the program pops ups somewhere. had a friend that located a file, just 1 stinkin file, that caused some programs to malfunction. We have since got rid of the computer and got a Mac.

Spybot, Ad-aware and Hi-jack this.
All you need.

if you have a virus you'll need something like " symantec anti virus "
its owned by norton, but its way better.

That's too funny! I hope the moderators just delete the bad word and not the whole comic.
