SO, me and the lil ones will be leaving here on the weeeeee hours of the 9th to get there that night to get a hotel. He is stationed at Pendelton and will be in that area for a few days hanging with him. I know there will be a lot of time he and his new wife (only been married a few months before deployment) will be trying to make me a grandpa so was wonderin if any ya'll that live down there would mind grabbin a bite to eat or just a meet and greet?

I can't wait to get there!

Have a safe trip, great place to go dine while there is the Jolly Roger in Oceanside Marina. Great view of the marina and boats. If you have the time that is. I always stay at the Ocean Side Marina Suites, discount rates for military. Check out there web site if you want to stay at a really nice place, don't forget take your camera. Thank God he's out of that hell hole and home safe.
