One of your finer moments, son. I'm still scraping the sand off the back garage wall. :

Snow ??? ??? ???
Still got a bunch of green here. Even picked a bunch of turnip greens out of the garden yesterday. They sure were good with the cornbread.

Re:Buried in snow!

Well, we got 16" here at the house. Parts didn't come in for the plow on the CTD.
The 2wd GMC 3500 dump never made it out of the yard.
Used my neighbor's 77 F350 to plow out the yard, didn't get too far with that either, carb problems.
So I was left with no choice but to jump in the skidsteer and move snow.
This is why I believe every man should own some piece of equipment.
Yes it was cold, but I must say it is very maneuverable and better visibility than a pickup.
Maybe today i'll fab up a plate and put an 8' plow blade on it.

NE had a good football game yesterday. I liked it when everyone was throwing all that snow up in the air celebrating - looked like fun.

I especially like watching snow like that on tv rather than from the picture window out front.

It's too high, and way too long to fit in the gee-rahge. I do have my lowered 89 Chevy pickup wedged in there though.

Re:Buried in snow!

Not quite 12 inches here last night so the truck does not look quite as white as yours.

Commatoze,
What is that white stuff all over your truck? That is pretty cool, man. Neat customizing trick - - smoothes out all the curves and all. I like it. How much that cost? ??? ??? : :

Re:Buried in snow!

WOWWIE! Ya'lls are talking about a dustin and stuff! Over here in Nevada - we call a "dusting" when we accidently leave the windows in the house open during a dust storm...

What is all that white stuff! Is that what they call "the crank" er "the coke"

<--- just don't know what to take of that kindo stuff! I thought that the dew icing up on my windshield this evening was weird! at a brisk 38*...

Send some of that snow my way. We haven't had much in the last couple of years. If you can't ski and snowmobile in Minnesota in the winter, you're just a bunch of cold people looking at each other.

What?! All the snow that drops here in NoDak ends up blowing to Minn or South Dakota. Or so it seems....40 mph winds in the dead of winter is for penguins or seals, not me! :'(

That's what I was gonna ask. ;D

Hey Commatoze....please tell you you have a camper on that truck. I hate to think that you've got 6 feet of whatever that whites stuff is piled up in the back of the bed.
