some of my best fishing trips have been during an oncoming rain...
I remember once when I was 10 or so, fishing for catfish on a lake. about the time the sky darkened to the west end of the lake, the fish started biting. As fast as I could put a chuck of liver on and throw it out and pull it back, I was catching until the rain hit then they just tapered off.

Claude and FO, one of my best times fishing was right before a big thunderstorm. Fish biting like crazy right up until it rained. Weird how that is. Didn't stay around when the storm hit, was too nasty, I imagine the fish probably stopped biting too.
Not lunch...its bed time...
Evening Again dtr, the stuffed pepper were very good tonight. Gf like them alot too. Sat around and relaxed after she came over. Big thunderstorm is closing in on us right now, should be hitting soon. Got all the plants I picked up today in the garage so they don't get torn up in the storm. Gonna stop by the Home Depot or Menards tomorrow and get a couple big pots for a couple of the plants that aren't going into the garden. Well its time to turn in, G'night DTR.
Fresh pot of Coffee, Tea, Sweet Tea, and ph00 are ready. Found a few scrawny but mean donuts in the dumpster.

It's comeing in. Looks like some red over the cabin on the map. Much needed. Gonna finally try to pick up some blueberrys tomorrow in Cadillac and get them in while the grounds wet. With the warmth, hoping the shrooms pop tonight too.
It ain't 0700 yet!
