As you go about your day with all of these troubles just keep this thought in mind. God will never put more of a load on you than he built you to be able to carry. He has a plan and no matter what we say or think that plan will be carried out. There is a reason for you having these troubles (and no I do not mean to say you are causing this ) you may never know why ,but it could be that you are going to touch someone else’s life by showing them that their problems are not as bad as they thought or be able to show someone the dignified way that problems should be handled .

Not to brag but after my wife had a stroke a few years ago I was talking to a friend and he asked me how I handled the stress. I was able to ask him what stress, and say that God has taken care of this, all Sandra and I have to do is wait for the results.

Now I’m not a “bible thumper “but I can’t help but think that this may be the case.

Got to get back to work but you get the idea.

Praying for you and your family

After iced mocha time,

Back from rounds with much older an much much wiser sister. The hot weather has taken away her stamina. Used her walker to get around the Farmer's Market. Then she treated me to lunch at the Triple A restaurant. I had corn beef and cabbage. It was good with large portions. I don't oink down the chow like I use to.

Hat your doing good at the school. Having any real fun there?

Chaikwa, 2.5 hours of speaking wow that long time to keep them awake. Start by telling them what your going to tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you told them. Times up, take a bow, sit down amid the applause.

Scotty, put on the white hard hat, shirt and tie, and carry a clip board and check how the digging job is going. The workers won't know who you are and work hard.

Have to see what I can fix for dinner.

Have a good un and be safe out there.

To be honest with you Davey, not really. I'm pretty dissapointed with the way things are going. I usually love these schools, but there seems to be a lot of busy work... Nothing really productive. I'll keep my head up, because I'm getting this course done only six months after I got promoted to GySgt, most wait years to do it.

Afternoon, all.

Out of school, gotta do some running around, some paperwork for class, maybe drink a beer. It's about that time

Evening

Hot and Humid here again, suppose to cool down into the 80's by the end of the week.

Reported to my district HQ today for work but Tues-Fri I'm reporting to the company training center for some a class. Had a safety meeting this morning which turned into a bickering travesty. I just laugh during it, it's funny watch a bunch of grown men and women acting like little kids, no wonder why my boss is losing his hair!

Sounds like what happens when you get a bunch of my peers together... I just keep my mouth shut. I hate it... too many chiefs, not enough indians.

Nope, none of that good stuff for you anymore... they have not had that since I've been in... I think that's WW2 stuff...

Evening gang.. I got some bad news tonight. My aunt has less than 24 hours left before the liver cancer takes over. My uncle has also been diagnosed this week with throat, liver and lung cancer. He has less than 6 months. Gonna be a long week

Thanks! Today I was sitting on the front step and one of the guys I hauled campers with just happened to drive by and pulled in. He is a Christian that goes on Misson's all around the world. It was real nice to visit with him. We had some real good looooooog talks when we were hauling.

The lane is going to work out real nice. Turns out the super of the whole project went to school with me. He was running the grader. Stopped and jumped out and gave me a big hug...and did we laugh about some of our antics.

Mad... I am not moving.

That's OK. We weren't appreciated when we came home. Soldiers did what they were told but the public treated us like it was all our fault. That was as bad as being there.

It's not until recent years I admitted to being there. When people asked me about this 14" scar in my answer was a car accident. Or a gaul blatter. . .

Nope. . . Count your blessings.
