Mornin all

Paul that was a cool story. Memories like that you can't buy with any amount of money. Most people never experience stuff like that in a whole lifetime.

Hat good to see your keeping busy and out of trouble.

DC treat your feet to some Epsom salts in some warm water tonight.

Everyone have a good day. Play nice drive safe and have fun. I think that covers it all... Later.

Told ya it was gonna be Monday all week... coffee pot died this mornin'. Just got back from Lowes where I bought a new one, $17 bucks out the door. Last one lasted a year, so that ain't too bad on the water we have here. Makin' new stuff now, THREE HOURS LATE!

Maybe I'll check in later after my first 4 cups.

i need to ring up Mad and catch up with him.
this motorcycle has taken up all my time.

susan got your box, she liked that!! thanks!!

Submarine folks are strange. real worreid about sinking, but don't talk about it.

Submariners ruminate about most problems in life like they think about flooding:
-if you find the seawater coming in the boat, it's not really flooding per se.

-if the seawater finds you, then you gotta get your giddy'up in gear and do SOMETHING A'F'SAP

Mornin...........was -2 at 7 this am and already up to 12, heck we might see a nice day, no clouds and sun is shining bright. got the wood stove fired up, and starting to warm up in here a bit, about time to get breakfast started.
Yea the flashbacks from those old days, When I was young we moved up into the mountains, an led a subsistence lifestyle. My adopted grandparents were awesome. My adopted grandma, Grants GF Mildred was a card dealer and madam of a Sporting house, she taught school during the day and taught men at night. Sometimes she was called out to bandage up someone for one reason or another.

Had a late breakfast, kind nice the temps dropped as I have a couple Certs I need to reup on. Cold temps refroze the snow making it a rough ride, so staying in to get this stuff done.

Hah! After 20 years I figured it out. See, I have a communications tower in my back yard. Even on a calm day (or night), sometimes the antennas will start making a rhythmic clanging noise. Started writing down the times and compared them to this site http://www.aeic.alaska.edu/recenteqs_sub/index.html Mystery solved. I am at the bottom of the middle active area. Makes me sleep better at night.
