Good or bad will be determined

Nope. I can't stand the wretch, and she's got a beating coming if she keeps treating my grandparents the way she does.

Dang, it's been dead in here.

Had a professional dinner tonight, not bad, not good. Food was terrible. Went to the range after that with some friends... what does it mean when they start calling you RoboCop after you get done shooting?

Finishing off this beer, then it's lights out for me. See you guys in the am.

Mornin' all,

Shovelhead, hope your not out too long, and don't lose too much. Take some time and ride to relax. Thanks for the coffee, started the ph00, I'll watch the ph00 and make the iced mocha's before Scotty gets to it. Let the Dragon out, and the donuts have arrived. Wheee.

Going over to sisters today. Now we get along great. We have fun together. Spend a quiet day. Hang out at her pool and do lunch somewhere. Prolly the New York Delli. Good eats.

This is last week off, Start next Tuesday. Lunch Laddy duty.

Hot again, 102 forcast with heat index 108 or so. Pavment so hot, think the doggy got his feet burned on the pavement. Not walking much.

Chaikwa's: THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

Yes he will complain, but you won't hear him.

RoboCop, how did you score on the range?

Polaraco I'm past the beer bottle, but not to the IV bottle yet. The grey haired army marches on.

Have a good un, keep kewl, and be safe out there, don't hurt yourself or break nothing.

Greetings from up here eh!

Two days in a row with no storms. We did have rain yesterday a.m.
Mid 80's for the rest of the week with storms tomorrow.

Saw the doc yesterday and the decision was made not to inject anything into this arm as we need to know what all has fallen apart in there.

Our healthcare system is well, err, umm brutally slow. I did not know that when an MRI is booked that there is a back log of up to 24 months! I was on the non urgent list and I was looking at an MRI by December. That got bumped up to being called short notice for any cancellations or no shows. That would cut my waiting time down by about 4 months. Then after my appt yesterday I am now on the urgent list for the MRI and the EMG. Not sure where that will put me but the doc speculated I would have these tests within two weeks.

There are no private MRI clinics in Regina or the province. The closest one I found in Canada is over in Calgary. I am now thinking that there is a need for a private MRI clinic here and it might be a good business venture. Even the doc liked that idea. So its 800.00 for an MRI in Calgary or I wait a week or two. The MRI units in this city run upwards of 18 hrs a day.

Just typing this got the arm zinging again.

I hope all is well for all of my DTRonian friends.
Things are much better around here after that few weeks of crappy stuff.
I look at it this way...without any crappy stuff, I would not appreciate the good times as much.

I miss my Older Twin on here. I hope he is getting back to a better place with his physical health one day at a time. Maybe one day we will see each others LEGGS again.

You coulda come workout with me. Did a half hour on the bike then half hour on weights. It was only like 105* in the garage so it wasn't that bad.

I would love to do that. . . But Arthur and Ritus would have something to say about that. The way I sweat? Better bring a life preserver.

Sunday it was 92* and 90% humdidity. I was making repairs to the driveway and coating it. In an hour, my jeans were dark blue, dripping from the cuffs and sneaks were squishing

A half hour on the motorcycle and a half hour standing on weights doesn't count as a workout
