Bobcat A300
I just bought a bobcat A300 with All Wheel Steering and feel like a kid on his first bike its tricky to back up....I load bobcats on my trailer backwards to center the weight and first time I missed the ramps then the salesman helped me back it on.....since I work alone I'm scared to try it again in AWS mode....the other draw back is rear visibility is very bad when backing so I can't see if I'm centered to put it on the trailer
Anyone have any tricks to operated this loader in AWS mode.....or should I just give up and use Skid Steer mode

using the all-wheel mode while working will net you some amazing results once you get used to it.
As far as loading, especially backing on, if you are not used to the AWS, use the skid mode for loading.
Another trick for backing in general, and especially backing onto a trailer, is to raise the lift arms just enough, that when you look down to the right or left, and slightly back, you can see the back tire. Then, merely align whichever tire you choose, with your chosen place on the trailer, and go for it. pretty hard to goof it up.
The plus to this, is when watching the tire, you can see how far you are from the side of the trailer, and how straight you are in relation to the edge of the deck or fenders.
Another odd thing that I have done on my trailers, is use different colours of paint, to put stripes across the deck for loading position of various machines.
red is where you line the cutting edge for the excavator, white for the skidsteer, blue for the other excavator, green for the center pin of the packer, etc.
Hope it helps

I played with this loader all day got good enuff to back it onto the trailer in AWS and skid mode
Compared to my other skid steers this one is king much more power and lift capacity and in AWS mode it doesn't tear up the turf
I will be picking up a grapple bucket monday for this loader my other grapple bucket is too small so I bought a 80" one and I found a cab mirror so I can see to the rear better
