More likely, "He didn't use $50 of tie downs, so the rest of the people that pay their premiums to his insurance company and use common sense will pay for his new truck & new boat".

Looking at the picture I can see a tie down dangling on the left side of the transom on the boat. Look like he was saying this before the ordeal.

What's with that tow truck for in front??? The commercials show those Tundra's are tough!! All he needs to do is strap the boat down where it is & drive off. Unhook the trailer when he gets to the lake, back up about 50 mph, and hit those fantastic Toyo's brakes and launch the boat! Simple.
