Boat Dock Stain/Sealer???

I need to do some general maintenance to a boat dock that has been neglected for awhile. Its turned gray and a couple boards have warped. I planned on replacing the bad boards with some pressure treated lumber of the same size but was wondering what the best course of action would be in regards to the stain/sealing process.

I was thinking about sanding it, but feel that would take forever so how about pressure washing it? Also what is the best stain/sealer to use in south texas?

any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated

I would....replace any cracked or severly warped boards.
make sure all deck screws are counter sunk, power wash the entire thing
after compeltely dry go to one of the lowes w/the nations rental and get the large floor sander (it's a large belt sander used to sand hard wood floors). Use 100 grit then 220. You'll be able to cover more sqft faster and after staining it'll look like new.
