C-C-C-C-c-c-c-c-c-oooold out this morning.
Air temps hovering in the single digits, with a 5-10 mph wind.
Forecast for 1-2" of white cover by tomorrow morning.
Who ordered this WINTER stuff?.

Plugged the truck in last night with the three hour timer set to come on @ 0300hrs.
Cardboard slipped in between the Radiator and the Charge Air Cooler.
STILL the Temp Needle baaaarely rose above the lowest hash mark on the entire trip.

Coffee's nice and hot, little electric heater cranked on high to get the temps in the office above 60*.

Not too much on the To-Do list today, Thank Goodness.
Hope to stay in the office and perform "Repair By Chair" all day.

Still frosty here this morning, but headed for upper fifties tomorrow. I guess NASA is going to have to re-think their psychological testing procedures after one of their "golden girls" got arrested for assault and some other goodies in Florida.

HELP - - SEND IN THE TROOPS. SOMETHING IS HAPPENING OUTSIDE THAT IS NOT NORMAL. There is a great big bright ball in the sky and it is sending out warm rays into the air. What is happening????? Horrors, the sky is falling. Need to help overcome the shock of this occasion. It is going to be in the 70's today - - wow. More like it.

Sounds like havoc is about to break out in the coffee room amoung some certain individuals - - think I will grab a cup and head out quick.

Morning some.
Just got out of a test, the horses are tied at the arena and get to stand there for about 8 hours. (Please don't call PETA on me, they have hay) had to hook up the trailer at 6:30 this morning, but it was warm enough I did it without a jacket on, so I guess the weather outlook is improving. Pulling into the arena there is a cattleguard and one heck of a mud puddle, I had to let the trailer push me through to hard ground to get through.

new brakes, new speedo pinion gear, parking brake cables and new WIF sensor...and need a jack and jackstands that can lift the truck....

Afternoon... Back from the range. Good day today, not as cold, and I shot pretty good. 3 possibles, (10 out of 10 on rapid fire) and only dropped 1 at the 500. 200 still sucks, don't know why.
Gotta paper to write for lit class, and some other stuff. I miss you guys during the day...

Lunch'n munchn time here on the left coast. Partly cloudy and 50*F again today. Sure don't miss the cold dold weather.
Grandaughter crying, and in her parents bed, see missin' them. Finely got dressed for daycare, and took a pix of her mommie with her.
Did some rounds, she left her gym bag somewhre, wasn't in lost and found, so it's prolly in the black hole somewhere. Daughter is vegetarian, and heath food type, so got some real food at a grocery store. On the way home the "check Engine light" came on, SAAB still running ok. Reseated the fuel filler cap, see if that helps. No other errors displayed. The SAAB is kinda like a airplane cockpit, all differet displays, the key goes in the center console, to the rear of the shifter.
Everybody workin' hard, or hardly working.. "Ilove mi job, it's the work I hate." forget who said that.

Fiverbob has thawed out, that a good thing.

SSGThat keepin busy, his "home on the range," is different that the ranchers and cowboy, and girls on here.

Going to dinner tonight with a set of grandparents that are babysitting there grand childeren. Should be fun.

Take care have a good un and be safe out there.

SAAB's are goofy.

i had a 16v turbo 900 back right after they were cool.

straight piped it, and it had APC (automatic Performance control) with adjustable pots (resistors) in there.

just GOOGLED APC and SAAB, and wicked that little beast RIGHT UP.

took ~3 months to get it running PERFECT by scavenging junkyards, then my mechanic yells
Sell it! sell it sell it!!

I'm like, why it runs great! (it would hang with the new Toyota Celica GTS)

and he said "it will run for ~4 months top, and something EXPENSIVE will break again - sell it now!"

put a Borla on it to quieten it down, sold it to an AF officer at Offutt.

laughed all way to bank.
