Bed Coatings?

Which is the best brand of bed coating(Line-X, Rhino, etc.)? Where would be the best place to get a bed sprayed in the Central Texas area at a decent price?

I'd probably go that route with my 1992, but my girlfriends dad just bought a '07 5.9 CTD 4x4 QC 3500 and I don't think that he wants to go that route. I've heard that Line-X is the only way to go, but where to get it done locally?

I had a "Super-Liner" spray in done 4 yrs ago on my truck. It's still shiny and looks like new. I know they have dealers all over, although their not nearly as big as Line-X or Rhino. I like Line-X, but it's pretty hard and abrasive. A friend of mine had a Rhino-Liner that held up good, but it turned a chalky grey (was black). After seeing that, I was pretty turned off to the Rhino. The place that sprayed it in recommended he "Armor-All" his bed to make it shine! He was pretty hostile about that!

Armor All? Are you kidding? I would turn and walk away from that place... It may look shiny when you get done but it will just dry out faster, and don't even think about trying to stand up in there....

I am very pleased with my Line-x.. if you go to their website they have a dealer locater.. just find the one closest to you. Lifetime, Nationwide warranty is why I went there.

Yup- Last I heard from him he was going to write to the president of Rhino and complain. That was a while back, so for all I know, he may have a new liner. I about died when he told me they said to spray it with Armor All! Can you imagine on hands and knees all day with a rag wiping that crap on the bed? What a joke...
