Question Bear roast recipe

Neighbor just gave me a bear roast. Anyone have a favorite recipe that they want to share?

I always found that cutting into steaks and just broiling with salt and pepper is pretty good. Tastes as good/better as a premium sirloin.

Also, I usually cook all game meat medium rare, except birds, and find it way more tasty and less gamey than my friends that cook all the moisture out of it.

If you want to roast it go with a good prime rib seasoning rub and keep an eye on the time so it doesn't get overdone. 170F internal should be good.
