Well I got my little project painted and put back together. Snapped a few pics of it after it was all done, wish I had some of it before hand. Dad will like it when I show it to him, use to be one of his favorite toys to play with when he was a kid, was one of mine too.

This Truck was the king of the sandbox when I was younger! Now its king of the shelf until I have kid then they can have it. Not bad looking for 50 yrs old.

Claude I have a few Ertl Die-cast tractors and a back hoe. They are all about 20 yrs old now and have many sandbox scratches and wear marks. ALso have the Tonka rollback hoist truck, which is a couple yrs newer than the dump truck I posted. got a few others too but don't know the yrs, I just know they were toys dad had as a kid. I think its really cool that something he gave me when I was little will eventually be passed to my kids, by the time they get the toys a few will be about 60 ys old (ones from dad) and most will be close to 30 (my old toys). Can't beat a steel toy truck, they seem to be pretty durable.

There ya go Claude. Have Blake ship you up about a 4 foot lenght of scrap pipe for your fire box.

Matt, you could probably get a fairly clean, pre-64 winchester for the price of a new, not as nicely made gun, if your still looking for a lever. I thought a saw a decent .32 special here recently for about 4-450.

Sorry Old dog, Nightshift started out busy. Broke out the cajun seasoning for one of the clients in this fine hotel. I nearly used up the big can. The idiot tried to cover up with a blanket. Blankets only slow down the action and make you bake longer.......

I'll drain the end of this pot if it'll pour and start another one.

I got reports to write.......

Morning All,

Had a good nights sleep.

Matt, that little Tonka Truck came out awesome. Good job on the refinish.

Was gonna post some offshore pics for those who are interested but all my pics of offshore are on my hard drive at home. Might have to do it next week.

Today is meeting day, whoopee.... I hope my enthusiasm is as obvious as my sarcasm.

Blake

Reports are done and the 3am rush is taken care of as well.

Get up everyone. It's almost history time.

Morning coffee has been pumped out of the well.

The Janitor oughta be along sometime soon with the morning lesson.

Have fun at the Meeting Blake.....
