I have a 50" County Moose plow on my Yamaha 660 Grizzly. Best $200 I spent durning the winter months. Our driveway is nearly a quarter mile long and the end is a pretty steep hill. Without a plow the cars we have would never make it up.

The plow I got is 24" on one side and it tapers down to 16" I think so it realy rolls the snow which ever way you have the blade turned. It is adjustable aswell, there is 4 settings I beleive for different angles.

Your Foreman is probley a 450? You should be able to push that blade easily. Just make sure your winch has a roller fairlead on it, my cable snapped last winter from the constant up & down motion. I got it twisted to many times.

i've had two atvs both with plows. one was a manual lift and the other was through the winch. Both work well. My only complaint is that I expect too much from my atv. In heavy snow and in accumulations of 6" or more....it labors. In a big storm, you have to go out and do your area several times. You can't expect to go out after the storm and do one trip. In heavy snow, when you angle the plow...because the ATV is only 500 pounds, it drifts away to the opposite side of the angle. Its a lot better than doing it by hand though.

Mine works great and it will push a lot of snow. Just keep in mind that it won't push deep heavy stuff like mentioned earlier, so plow often if it is coming down heavy.

Something kind of surreal at 2 am when the snow is falling in flakes the size of half dollars all lit up in the ATV head lights.....

Kinda pretty in a Why the heck am I out in the cold at 2 am ? sort of way

I love the plow on my 660 grizz. I dont know abought the rest of the people but I have no problems pushing threw snow that is WELL above the 16" hight of the plow. Ya have to make a few passes obviously but I never go out till its done. I have pushed threw drifts that are around rack deep. If it is hard snow I cant take a full width pass with it ihn snow over abought 16 inches but if its normal snow the thing is almost unstopable. I am curently swiching it over to my new 700 Grizz.
This was last spring. It put the thing to the test and took MUCH longer than normal to clear the drive but it got it done and was MUCH faster and eisier than the scoop.

This dont show it very good but the snow was DEEP. Behind my work car it was around 5' deep. The decrotive ring on my house that seperated the brick and siding is around 36" high or a little more. all the way across the front of the main garage it was at least 36" in th emain drift.

I have a Cycle Country 54" V plow on my 96 Polaris 500 Sportsman. My driveway is 600' long and all uphill. It works great until there is 6" or more of the real wet, and heavy stuff.

If you want something different check out Kimbex USA. They have a 48" snowblower that uses a 11HP Honda, and mounts to the front of the ATV.

well i don't have a winch on mine. i have a cheap atv winch that was given to me brand new in the box sitting in my garage however i don't wanna waste my time installing it with the plow cause chances are its just going to fail on me.

so if anything i'll go with a manual one.

now just gotta find some dealers here in Toronto.

I have to say that I'm a fan of the manual lift. We had the manual lift on our Sportsman 500 and decided to try the winch one season and we ended up burning our winch out for the most part. To me it seems like too much short in and out spurts, the winch doesn't pull as hard as it used to. It may be a coincidence, maybe not. Plus it's a lot faster with the hand lift.
