i have a bushmaster 20in a2. never had any problems with it and it will drive thumbtacks all day long @ 100 yards. it depends on what you want to do with the gun i also have a 16 inch a2 with the tel stock it shoots good also but not good enough for any long range hunting.

I'm real happy with my Bushy too. No problems at all. Mine's the M4 version.

Pick up a shotgun news (large paper cover version). A lot of dealer adds with all the available options/components for price comparison. I'm leaning towards a DPMS A4 var. myself, 5.56 with chrome lined barrel.

I just finished puting my latest one together---It has a CAV-15 lower--(all nylon, one piece lower and buttstock) and a home built M-4 upper made from DPMS parts. The entire rifle weighs only 5 pounds complete, and was built for right at 600 dollars.

Nice looking weapon. Is that suppressor threaded? If so, how did you thread the barrel?

I dont know of any flash hiders that aren't threaded.

the catch being if the barrel is less than 16", the FH has to be pinned and welded in place and has to bring the overall barrel length to 16".
Hence the reason for the $200 tax stamp on an 11.5" kit
