Thats the only time we ever drink it (it is good). Out at the cabin with the guys after snowmachining (than drinking) all night. Clamato juice (they sell it at Safeway) with beer along with greasy food. It does a body good.

Its mostly an East coast thing. Its the ONLY thing that we have thats better than Texas. Believe me, when it comes to cool points its like this:
Texas +123,688
Pennsylvania -887

There are only a few good things about PA. 1) Yeungling brewery 2) Devils Den in the Gettysburg battlefield 3) we usually get decent snow

Yeah, we gots Shiner, bout 40 miles from my casa. They always hold an annual Bocktoberfest with a great lineup of bands, country and rock and a whole lotta beer. But where you really discover the great beers is in some small historical towns, Fredericksburg in particular. They have a big restaurant with the brewery right up front, polished to a mirror finish. All their recipes are award winning. And sidewalk consumption is allowed. I love their beer, and they have great food.

Now Shiner has come up with a new brew.... "Cheers". It is a peachy ale flavored brew that has a sweet aftertaste. Not too bad.... But I will stick to Bock and Black as my favs.

Up here in Washington tomato beer is a common order at the bars. Its called red beer, too. I don't get it.
If I wanted a cocktail, i'da ordered a Maker's ditch.
