Anybody Hungry?

About 1 more hour and I'll be wrapping them in foil to finish them out... Should be ready in about 3 more hours...

2 ribs, 1 pork butt and a brisket you can't see...

He could be here in about an 1-1/2 hrs if he hurried. Yeah, if he's a fireman it won't make it to your house, count on it.

You probably wouldn't like it... hickory/apple wood smoked... bunch of brown sugar... moped with apple cider and some "secret sauce"... sitting over a pan of apple cider and other "secret" stuff. Nasty stuff...

I'm hoping to still be snacking on this stuff for New Years. Otherwise, I may throw on 2 more ribs and 2 chickens. Got some buddies needin' stuff smoked too.

I'm good too. Cooked some backstrap with potatos, onions, peppers, and fried okra. Have enough left to have with fried egges for breakfast tomorrow

Still choking down turkey sammiches from Christmas dinner over here.

Gonna have to show me that cooking technique one of these days Satburn !! The pan full of cider and mystery stuff sounds almost flammable hahahaha.

You don't want an open flame next to it... ;-)

It was very good, first time for this recipe for the ribs and I believe I found a working recipe for them... family woofed them down.

The pork butt was boneless, wish it would have had the bone, but it still turned out good.

Next time we have a gathering I may have to cook some stuff up, it's been fun.
