Apocolypse Now
Platoon
Band Of Brothers(this one has around 8 discs or so, very good)

it was the bequiled, It came to mind when "war movies" were mentioned. I see the great WW1, WW2 and Vietnam movies mentioned. Oh, wait a minute Vietnam was not a war, it was a "conflict" -yea right.
