I watched the video from youtube 5 times in a row! Awesome! I have seen them live but I never got that close.

The post kept saying they wished they could have flown closer. Its amazing they let them fly at all. If you google "san francisco air show ban" you can find a bunch of stories on how some groups are trying to kill any military shows. Thanks for the link to the pictures, great stuff.

I love that stuff!

My brother has been flying Hornets for a living the last couple of decades - he flew the Navy's airshow circuit the tour before this one... this time around the Fleet gave him the Sunliner's squadron on the Nimitz.
