aircraft guys?

need help with some parts. i am trying to locate parts for an old westinghouse J46 jet engine. i have been searching the net for hours, i will keep going, but if anyone has any leads i would really appreciate it.

Not sure where you would find a part for that. FiverBob cleaned his garage so don't think he would have one.
Contact the Meuseum of Flight in Seattle, they have an exten
siver restoration facility in Everett WA and might have that part. Sorry I don't have any phone numbers for them.

Scrap Aircraft parts

Find out what aircraft it was originally installed in then to a yellow pages search on yahoo for Aircraft Salvage in Tucson Arizona. Just about everything taken from the air & put to rest is in that area.

Do the parts have to be FAA certified?
Can they come untagged from Mexico?

they do not have to be FAA cert. its for a jet car. my friend had his stolen and is trying to get it put back together after the thieves ripped it all apart.
