Air compressor help
Folks I've got a craftsman 5hp 20 gallon air compressor. The problem is the plastic housing that holds the run/start capacitors is broken. So I have to manually press a little mechanism to start it building pressure. The piece I need is no longer available. Would a hard start kit work on this? Or do u all have any suggestions? Other than buy a new one.

If you eliminate the plastic can you make a bracket to secure the capacitor to?
