I would have to say the biggest carrier/spreader of AIDS would be the catholic church....Namely the Poope...

He may be even money though if he develops that immunization and totally eradicates Medicaids. Of course all of our elderly would be up a creek then. But he doesn't seem to care about them......or us for that matter.
