Affordable Residential Communities (ARC) info

Does anyone else on here live in on ARC owned property? If so, what do you think of them? I haven't had many good experiences with them and I just wanna know if it's like this in all their parks?

Thanks,

That doesn't suprise me...when I moved in there a year and a half ago, the rent was reasonable, but since then, they have raised it by about $100 and I have constantly been battling them with costs that they charge me that I don't even owe! They charged me $90 one month for my water bill!! I looked at the meter reading and it said I had used about 10 swimming pools worth of water! funny thing is, I've been checking the meter since then, and the meter doesn't even work. Looks like they just pick a number and put it down. I have "informed" the management about this several times with no luck.. Is there anything I can do about this? All my neighbors are just as fed up with them as I am...
