It would get around 11-12mpg empty and about 7 loaded. It ran great, but the mileage was horrible. I'm sure being in the mountains of Colorado had a lot to do with it as well, I think.

Had a '88 3500 GMC crewcab dually. 454 three speed auto. If you got 10 or 11 empty you did a little happy dance. :

Loaded heavy with cattle. Got 5.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br><br>And those my friends are Imperial Gallons!!!!!
