I saw 300 last night!!! That is easily one of the best movies ever .
If you like good old fashion battle movies this one takes the cake!!
A MUST SEE FOR THIS YEAR.

 

I heard it was realy good also. Hopefully I can talk the other half into watching it tonite. Actually she has to watch it, we watched her romantic crap last time.

 

Wicked good movie. Deffently worth the 8 bucks at the box office.

The ladies should like it too, because of all the buff, mostly nekkid men.

This movie has been described as Bravehart meets Troy meets LOTR:Return of the King. I'm very much looking forward to seeing it.

 

I think it was made up to be something it totally wasn't as all with all the trailers for the past 4 months..it was just "ok".Lord of the Rings and Braveheart blew that movie away.

 

I thought it was pretty good. Awesome fight scenes. I thought it would raise my testosterone, and it did.
I saw it for the first showing at 4:30 and the theater was packed. What I thought was funny was a lady took her (about) 5 or 6 year old son out of the theater after the first 20 minutes (I don't know what took her so long)

 

It was alright, I don't think I'd rent or buy it when it comes out on DVD. On a side note, they do the Arcadians wrong in the movie, they were the only ones out of the rest of the Greeks to stay with the Spartans.

 

I thought it had GREAT fight scense and special effects, such as where they would slow the cameras down to show emphasis on specific parts of a battle, etc. But the movies with more of a story to them, such as Gladiator and Braveheart were more "watch a second, third and fourth time and so on" worthy.

 

It was freakin awesome....

 

There are very few movies I feel like watching right after I see it the first time, and this is one of them.

 

I hope this does well enough that they finally decide to make the movie "Gates of Fire" it acutally has a story to it...

When I heard it was IMAX I was praying for a IMAX 3D but it was just regular.

That movies would rock in IMAX 3D.

 

Loved it. Brought out the warrior in me. No really, I wanted to kill something!
