Morning all. Hope you all didn't forget to reset your clocks. I didn't but my body still thinks it's on the old time of 0600 instead of the 0500 it REALLY is.
SUNDAY, MARCH 11th:

1847 - John Chapman 'Johnny Appleseed' died in Allen County, Indiana. This day became known as Johnny Appleseed Day.

1888 - The "Blizzard of '88" began along the U.S. Atlantic Seaboard shutting down communication and transportation lines. More than 400 people died.(March 11-14)
1901 - U.S. Steel was formed when industrialist J.P. Morgan purchased Carnegie Steep Corp. The event made Andrew Carnegie the world's richest man.
1927 - The Flatheads Gang stole $104,250 in the first armored-car robbery near Pittsburgh, PA.
1965 - The American navy began inspecting Vietnamese junks in an effort to end arms smuggling to the South.
1965 - The Rev. James J. Reeb, a white minister from Boston, died after being beaten by whites during a civil rights disturbances in Selma, Alabama.
1966 - Three men were convicted of the murder of Malcolm X.
1993 - Janet Reno was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate to become the first female attorney general.
1993 - North Korea withdrew from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty refusing to open sites for inspection.
2002 - Two columns of light were pointed skyward from ground zero in New York as a temporary memorial to the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
2003 - Fort Drum, NY, 11 troops were killed and two were injured during a training mission when a Black Hawk helicopter crashed.

Saturday morning started with a flood in the laundry room. The cold water faucet to the washing machine started poring. Had to run to town, decided to drive instead to get a new valve. Replace the valve then dry the place out. One thing for sure, shrews can't swim.

Rick, did you get the truck fixed?
Had a few beers here last night, bought pizza for the place and cranked the kegerator up. Not sure if I'm out of practice or not, but I got trashed last night. I either need to practice more or back off a bit, not sure which.
Time change? What time change? Just means the best coast is three hours behind me now instead of two.
That just means that people on the east coast will just start calling me at 5 in the morning instead of 6 now.
Gotta try to get my rear in gear. Sat on the couch all morning, had coffee and pizza for breakfast. Watching my favorite cooking show, 'Everyday Italian' with the wife.

You had me running about like another nutcase, I was certain that wasn´t now, it´s on the 25th.
And I was like " what if I´m late for work tommorrow ", then I said it out loud to myself, and I heard it and..... Yeah...what if.
I guess I´ll find out in the morning.
If Blake can see noise, if a good thing he ain´t here, my 6 yo son just let one go, and now my eyes are racing my nose to the floor, if he could see THAT noise, it would have scared him big time.
