2002 GMC 1500 auto transmission change
Plan on changing my mom's tranny fluid in her truck. Anyone done this?
Need to know how to do it, how much fluid and the type. Also if filter should be replaced. My 5 speed was easy.

id say buy a manual also... whats 12 or 15 bucks to know u did the job right. i always bought 1 for all my vehicles. i did my auto in a 94 1500 i had, but i do not remeber how much fluid it took. it would prolly be diff now anyway. scott
