Buddy getting this on his truck, prolly ~150k miles on it.

Auxiliary emission Controls

this is how it printed out at Advance Auto. I found some places that talks about 1491, but they talk about Radiator Fan Motor..

any help?

check the gas cap. just a guess, but that the most common emmisions control light.
