lemme get the pot from under the urinal, and put in on the burner, so when Mad Wakes up late, all he has to do is "flip the switch for Foo Foo"

Morning all, nice brisk mornin here in the northeast. Wifey is at work, got a couple of firewood orders to do today, some yardwork later.
Coffee is on, good ole fashioned colombian, if you don't like it too bad.

Have a fabulous day.

Oh yeah .... nothing like waking up to a good old NAVY WAR MOVIE !!!

I went to John Muir Woods up by the Golden Gate Bridge yesterday to check out some of the big redwoods .... man was that impressive !! Started down the trail looking at the big monsters and finished my hike 6.5 miles later. Kinda put the kabosh on stopping by a winery afterwards ... I needed a steak and a beer instead.

Hard to believe that those trees are 1-2 thousand years old .

Need to go find the coffee and sweetrolls and get moving. Headed south today for the next job.

Cheers,
PISTOL

Boy, I think next week I'm going to cheat and start this thread at 9 pm the previous night and label it the USMC/USAF/USCG thread.........

On a different note: Saw the documentary about the Drill Instructors at P.I.. I think it was well presented and kept quite a few secrets hidden, as well it should. My salute to all DI's who have one heck of a job turning civilians into a fine tuned, ready to learn, military member, no matter what the branch..... Didn't spot any SDI's named Mark, but then I really didn't expect to. I didn't see the production year.

Don't anyone get close to the screen, I think I picked up the first crud of the fall season... Would hate to be a typhoid Dave.

Time to check out what's being offered on the football scene. Hope all your teams win today, except for Arizona playing against the Seahawks. Hey, somebody has to like the Seahawks......

Nothing to say 'cuz this week the thread title is segregationist and maybe even racial. Mexican residents (and everybody else) are obviously not wanted.
Mods, don't you think that this weeks thread is politically incorrect and needs correcting?

I think everyone needs to just stop getting so touchy, feely, emotional over the weekly thread.

Sorry I can't be with you this week. I am neither Army or Navy so I obviously not welcome - - and someone is yelling again. Soooo, guess I will just go out in the pool and pout and see ya next week.
