Starting to rearrange the weekend schedule. Have you noticed there is a huge difference between your plans and the spouse?

Extra can off coffee on the shelf, I'm gonna need it...

Stan I played really well!... my clubs on the other hand had a rough day

I haven't played in a couple years what with the new hip going in and heart surgery so I didn't expect much anyway...But I am pleased to announce I can still throw my clubs a LONG way

I did 9 holes with a putter and the die hard golfers in plaid pants following us where completely disgusted.
I think when I was on the third hole and the golf ball hit a rock and went through the clubhouse window is what got them upset. However, I decided to play through. Let's just say there was a wee bit of a scramble in the clubhouse when I came to play it. Hahahah

After nine we moved onto the tennis courts. Using a golf ball in a tennis court made for a fast and dangerous game. I didn't think a golf ball could squirt through a chain link fence but it did.

We used tensor bandages on our heads and wrists to look like pro tennis players. (Sweat bands)
Everyone left the courts. I assumed it was because of our pro look.

Golfing brings back memories. Stopped in at a very prestigious course in Scottsdale. We were told we couldn't golf there due to filming of a pga tournament. I told them we weren't camera shy. Escorted out.

So we went to the Biltmore Plaza hotel for a few beverages. I was so impressed with their enormous palm plants, I had to have one. We went and got some blue coveralls and dust masks and came back saying their largest palm needed to be quarantined because of a roach infestation. Buddy said this kinda loud.
Staff moved quickly to clear the way quietly and discreetly.
It took four of us to hustle and get this into the back of the truck.
It was beautiful in our octogan foyer.

Look at my LEGGGG!
Today was funky color show-up day.
Swelling has decreased in the foot, but the bottom of my foot is even bruised as well.

Sorry, twisted side of me slipped out.
Is weight bearing painful?
Ice it.

Ever play baseball using a golf ball? Makes for some "killer" line drives! (also creates pandemonium when it hits the side of the tin machine shed)

Only on the foot out by the toes.
They told me to stay off it a couple days worried about the ankle being sprained. The ankle never bothered me. Just up where this nice big circular bruise is. That entire area was swelled up about a half inch by the time I got sat down and my pantleg rolled up. It pretty much shrunk back to normal by yestyerday morning.
Ankle popped while I was moving my foot around this morning and the movement at my toes about doubled.
Just walked down the block, doing pretty good.
Back to work tomorrow. Not pushing/sorting any cattle. Have to take 2 trucks to town, the duramax that's been pulling the big trailer (because it has a brake controller) is at the shop on the next block for intercooler boots.
I know which one it is, up on the manifold, but they are worried about all the dirt it's sucked in through the bad boot.....

There's one that I know will pour such a beverage for me. Don't know if the one at the end of the building would. Or what time she'll even get home. She's a teacher and also coaches volleyball. Yesterday I believe was their first day back in school.
There's times I think she can't be 30, but she gets dressed up, and she looks 45.
There's one on my 8-ball team, but she's 55. My dad's only 56. That's kinda getting weird.
An adult beverage hasn't sounded real good lately. I got a 6 pack a week ago and still have 4 in the fridge. Only had a couple dollar shots during the shindig and street dance in Indianola over the weekend.

I hope the guy who just pulled up and left his dog in his jeep cherokee left it running with the AC on.
