No, that was a gasp of surprise from the Democrats. Their collective just realized they have to be elected again to stay in office.

I have to say that the girl Friday is much better looking, even if she is only 13. I'm really worried about you.

Any other time the neighbors complain.
It's cold up there, remember.......

Evening gang. Managed to have a second day on the job with a third in the near future once the gas company caps the supply to the house so we can dig out the front yard. It was still 99 today but the humidity dropped below 2000 so we could at least breathe. I wish I had a

Yep That's right campers. Hurricane Irene is projected to hit the North East as a Catagory 1 (85 MPH winds). Weather.com shows it on a track for right here in River City. Welcome Irene.

gonna crock pot something for supper now.

When i canned my green beans I used some vineger in each jar since I dont havea pressure canner, I use a water bath canner. They said if veggies arent high in acid they need pressure canning or add acid to them before water bath canning,

Fence lines are burned, corrals are down, now we just have to rebuild about 500' of fence and fix two 16' gates...

On a side note, the head catch on my squeeze chute has a pin and socket hinge at the bottom. The pelosis' who built it did not drill a hole in the bottom so it catches water like a cup and has rusted so bad the head catch hardly moves. Any ideas on how to get the rust out of that socket so I can get some grease into the zirk and lube it up??? I was thinking coke, or pepsi, but I am not sure if that will make things worse. Any ideas??? gutta run the cows back through next monday for AI...

Evenin' all,

Hat: Hasenpfeffer: German rabbit stew.
http://recipes.epicurean.com/recipe/...t-stew%29.html

Old family story goes had an uncle that got arrested for having horse meat in the hasenpfeffer he severed in his cafe. When the judge ask him how much horse meat was in it, his reply, 50-50. The judge ask him to define 50-50.
His reply, "one rabbit, one horse."

Polaraco, looks like "shake it loose, then blow it away up there. Good luck to you. A double hit. Wow no fun. Do you remember the last big quake 100 years ago?

Bark, when I run out of the house naked the neighbors scream hysterically. Have to try it if we get an earthquake here in Texas

Checked my trash pile when I got home from picking up the wife. The Wagner airless sprayer was gone. No hoses or anything with it. It is cheaper to by an new one that to get the hoses.

Prolly should do a little something before bunkie time. Fix the coffee and ph00 pot for morning. I'll sleep good knowing the night shift is on duty.

Have a good un.

Get more rabbits! I have a few in the freezer right now. I like to grill mine and give them a coat of BBQ sauce.

For you sir, the door is always open and the beer will be ice cold...

Don't even have to work, you can just supervise. Well maybe an ear tag or two.

Evenin' All!

Little bit of sun, little bit of rain and a tiny bit of sleep. Seems about normal anymore for me......

Got the oil changed on the 4-wheeler this AM. Now it's all but ready to chase critters in the woods. Still need a meat wagon but it'll happen one way or another.....

Soak it with Coke. (the stuff in a can/bottle) just pour it on there like the rain was getting to it and let it sit for a while. repeat as necessary. The Coke will eat out the rust then just refill with grease once it's swinging again. Then put in a drain hole.....

I appreciate it. If I never tag another ear, I'll be good. That brings back some memories... I got in some fly tag stuff one time, I was sick as a dog.

Just tell them you are doing an earthquake drill.

madhat: You probably have already heard of the House Rabbit Society. My niece followed their instructions for litter training her two rabbits. I was impressed.

Morning. Guess I'll start coffee operations. Monitoring a search for a couple missing kayakers in the U.P. from yesterday. Cincy, I hate you. This should get that song out of your head though, hopefully. Sorry it wouldn't embed for me.
