Noise under dash....

So starting out I have a 2010 SLT Crew Cab 4x4 CTD 6spd auto. It now has 8600 on it. At about 4000 miles or so I noticed that it sounded like the power steering was whining when taking off and turning at the same time. Didn't think much of it. At about 8k I heard a loud hissing noise from under the dash. Took to one dealer on way home from trip and they said it was the P/S booster. Took it to dealer were I bought it and they said it was the lowside power steering line. They replaced it and it still is doing it. Now they think it is the high side pressure line and the return line. So they are ordering the parts and I have to take truck back next week. Anyone had any problems in this area?

Mine has had a "honking" as they call it when turning at slow speeds/slow RPM's - there is a TSB for that and I believe they are supposed to try bleeding air out of the system before replacing parts. I had them try, and altho it reduced the "honking", it's still there. Sounds like the replacing parts doesn't help either...if we are talking about the same thing. (sounds are hard to describe - I wouldn't call it a honk nor a hiss - so not sure...)

well mine doesnt honk. just a constant hissing noise like air is leaking. changes in noise level with pressing the brakes and turning the wheel. taking back to shop on monday so the can replace highside and return p/s lines. dont think it will work but thats just me. now got more problems. check new post!
