A BIG thanks to Phil for helping me put on my MEK!! I must be the last person on earth to have a loud truck Truck sounds great and only has drone at 75mph I can't afford to drive that fast so all good!!!!!!! The only thing I should have done was to have Phil drive my truck so I could hear it without being in it.

 

Back today from my riding trip over the weekend. Big thanks to Phil for the trailer rental. Sure made it easier hauling the quad up there on the trailer and all my necessities in the back. Weather was absolutely beautiful for a day of riding, shooting the breeze, and a few cold ones here and there. Filled up before I left at $4.29/gallon, cheapest I saw it up there.

As far as the 13th goes, I may or may not be going. G/F has a bridal shower to go to that day so we may come down in the afternoon to watch the monster trucks. She is going with my friend's wife so my buddy and I are going to watch a little college football for a few hours. If I don't have too many cold ones, than I might be there.

Well the truck took another bad hit again today had a guy on Rt 80 spin out and loose control he went from being infront of me and to my right to going head on with me in my lane this was a big wakeup call to me at 5:30 this morning I was taken to the Hospital with neck pains and discarged at 9am with a sprained neck truck dosent look too bad dose have some frame damage again and it also got hit in the same corner as the last time the hood servied this time guess I'm gona have to sit around and wait to see if ses totaled or not yet If it is I will have some 2nd gen goodies to get rid of

 

holy s###, your luck is horrible.hope your ok, tom another event you cant make lol. your a busy guy, hope to see ya there. im in of course, getting re-torqued on friday. angelo they tightened them once, then ran the truck through a heat cycle, then once again

 

OUCH, sorry to hear it Gary, hopefully it turns out for you and at least you made it out in one piece. How did the guy "lose control" on rt. 80? Weather a little too nice, road a little too flat and straight? People will never cease to amaze you...

**** Gary your luck is almost the same as mine as far as bodywork on the truck. Maybe this was your sign to buy a new truck.

 

mabey this time its totaled.......just got back from getting my rental for the second time I got a full size pickup the girl that manages Enterprise must like me cause I got it for 30.00 a day again got a 08 ram 1500

I will be goin on the 13th, hope they get the brochure out for that day soon, nogthing like not knowing what classes of racing they will have or not. Gary that sux, your neck must be real sore by now, you better take a few days off to relax and see what this may cost the guy that hit you. Cheapest gas you can get should go in that 1500 Gary, see if it starts to sound like a diesel on 87 octane ! omg, besides Tom, anybody else realize just how many friggin wires are in a co pilot install ???????????? well its 11 , that a lot of figurin and color matchin....... sheesh gonna need a big box of patience to pull this off.
