still up for it thursdays no good for me gettin up at 4am for work dosent leave much time to hang out .....mabey saturday then?on a side note got my turbo and injectors today and my raptor pump will be here tomarro.....so this week befor the wife gets home I have to get my turbo ,injectors,pump and my TST comp installed then let the smoke and rubber fly

whoa now, maybe we go to island Friday night, and Hooters Saturday night to talk about it..... I dunno, seems tough to find a day thats good for all of us....... weekends are tough due to some of us goin down the shore all the time........ lets pick a day and I hope I don't end up confusing it all into oblivion.

 

Don't change Hooters because of me. Island has to be a Friday night though because thats the open street night. Hopefully more people who come decide to run this time now that they have a Goerend trans installed. Hint..Hint..Hint.. (Mike)

 

like I didn't know that was gonna come up sooner or later......... be interesting to see what the truck does, and try different programs. you happen to notice much difference between mild and wild torque management ? on a side note I ordered my sway bar end links today, need to get them on as I am now noticing more weird stuff goin on with the one broken. they will be here tomorrow, just gotta get them on. anyone else have any other input on Hooters night ?

 

With the new trans you should ditch the mild and come to the darkside.
There's a major difference in the bottom end between the mild and the wild. You got the goods to handle it. No worries. Just limit yourself in the HP department according to your EGT gauge.

is that why I been glowin ever since ? You still set for the first week in may, I would call them this week to make sure all the parts came in. and if ya get lost, well shoot, I hope ya got a gps, 'cause I just followed what it said and paid no mind to what roads I was on ! figure on a good two hour drive, and your best bet is an early start to get there for them to start workin on it. between 8:30, 9 am arrival is what I shot for.

I didnt run the 8mm bolt. I had a line that ran right over the face of the head of the bolt and I was afraid it might rub through over time. When your trans is out you will have a better view of what it might look like and how much space there will be between them. When is the trans getting done? Soon?

 

I guess I'm the one guilty of going down the shore every weekend, but hey, want to get the most use out of my boat this year. I can't do this Thursday because I have a meeting, but could do this Friday night at Hooters. Heading south again Friday night and won't be back until Sunday. Can't believe you got that hood Mike, but it looks awesome on your truck.

What would you guys say to Island next Friday night, 5/9? That way we can watch Keith and Mike do some running with their new stuff as well as Angelo can get the twins tested...

 

Side note: I will stay up here on a weekend when we have something going on, like a wrench day or whatever. Gary, when were you thinking of wrenching on your truck?

 

I would say I like the way you think! I just hope the weather's OK. I looked at the extended forecast and it doesnt show that far ahead.
