Too many times to count. Not hard to do, just make sure you get new copper washers and make sure the bottom of the holes are clean. You don't want any compression leaking into the return system pressurizing the tank.

Man, this is the weather I have been waiting 6 months for!!! Absolutely beautiful out there right now. Definitely is getting to be the time of year that we can get together without trying to hide from the wind behind trucks

Angelo, if you can use an extra hand with anythingon the truck, feel free to give me a shout. I get out a little late (7), but should be free all Weds. evening if there is a need.

He is a good guy. Besides, he helped me with my pyro install, so I figure I owe him something, and I can't just drop him off a 12'er because he is smart and doesn't drink beer

Not yet, don't start till May 27. My last day at the current job is April 18, 5 weeks ought to be enough time to get some things done and do some relaxing.

Thanks for all of the offers! I just plug along a little at a time. I would take you guys up on the offers, but the wife is back in school nights Mon-Thurs and 1/2 day Sat. and I only get to wrench in between keeping an eye on the 4 kids. I might start and have to stop at a moments notice, so I really can't plan on anything.
Tonight I got both turbos fully mounted and clocked, changed out trans. dipstick, installed oil drains on both turbos, cut the battery box to get a better fit for the filter, torqued the exhaust manifold, and ran some oil lines.

I hope to possibly have it finished tomorrow or Thurs. all I really have left is to finish the oil lines, install the piping, relocate the grid relays and adapt the exhaust from 5" to 4".

If you need a hand let me know, i can see what i can do. Usually takes a hour to 4 hours. it is easy to do, all directions that i have read make it seem harder than it is.

Island can't wait lets pick a night, i know i can get a couple of guys in no problem.

Who is going out to PA on the 20th?

I can't make PA on the 20th, but am up for an Island night soon.

Any tips on shipping an exhaust? Someone is buying my stock pipe from the cat-back. I need to cut it up to ship, is it easier to cut it in 1/2 or in 1/3? Thanks guys.

Another great day, sounds like tomorrow will be more of the same, this is my kind of weather I will be going the 20th, but will likely be starting my trip from the lady's place, so I will miss out on the convoy, but see yall there.

Angelo, good to hear things are going so well, from what you have written, doesn't sound like you are having too much trouble. BUT, that is just based on what you have written, not the busted knuckles, rambles of incomprehensible curses, blood, etc...
