A big CONGRATULATIONS to our own Brian Buchanan for his second straight win in the Pro-Street Class at yesterdays "Mopar at the Rock/NADM Diesel Drag Race at Rockingham, N.C.! Good job Brian! Second place was taken by Rudy S. in his 6.4 Ford PSD and third place by John_P.

Unfortunately, the turnout for the diesel drag race was poor this year. A big thanks to Ron and Chuck from NADM for again bringing the event to the Rock!
Thanks Ron and Chuck! As always, you guys did a great job!

In the sled pulling, Brad Ingram from Scheid Diesel won the Super Street Class and Faith Miller won the 3.0 Class. Our congratulations to them also.

i hate the pooe turn out. were you able to better your track times John? what were the times in the final round between Brian and Rudy? how many pro trucks?

My times were about the same as last year. My best yesterday was 7.40@95MPH. I think I ran a 7.3 at your event last year.

The final E.T.'s in Brians race with Rudy was:

Brian: 7.1
Rudy: 6.9

Rudy was quicker but Brian cut a better light than he did going .20 to Rudy's .40. I THINK that is right Jess, but Brian will get in here in a day or so.

We had four Pro-Street Trucks but one broke on Friday.

Congrats guys!! Wished I was there. Its a shame the turnout was low.

 

we drove 3 hours I was a little dissapointed with the turnout, but still good racing and the Monster truck was cool
