Well,a few of us got together tonight at CPD and my congratulations to Nate on running a 13.5! Way to go Nate! I will let him give you guys all the numbers later. I think there is more power there in his truck. He was only hitting about 32lbs of boost, so we are going to get together this weekend and fix that. Next week I am going to load my Smarty in his truck and see what happens then also.

.6219 RT
1.86 60'
8.62 1/8
80.24 1/8 mph
13.530 1/4
99.52 1/4 MPH

I raced my friend in his WRX and he just didnt have enough. Thanks to the guys for showing up and hanging with me, I hate racing on my own. And to the announcer at the track that kept me laughing with his antics....He was harassing all the little cars about a big truck whooping on them.

John,

I look forward to turning a few wrenches with you tomorrow!Hope we can dial this thing in!!!! And thanks for troubleshooting that 2006...I am sure Mike will handle this easily...

Nate:

You are very welcome buddy! It's amazing how much difference 10lbs of boost can make on these trucks!

Man,....CONGRATULATIONS Nate!!! That is fantastic. As I told you on Saturday, that goes to show what a difference just ten (10) pounds of boost can make! Glad to see you crack the 100 MPH barrier too! I have some extra CPD "100 MPH Member" Stickers that I need to give you Nate!

John,

I dialed in a 13.51 last night, and on the first run I ran a 13.51 on the nose. 2nd run I was disqualified because I ran a 13.49. Up to that point I averaged a 13.51 over 7 runs. I am seeing 2-300* less at WOT, but I am going to get out there and turn the arm up about 2-3 more turns. I need to get about 1-2 more PSI to hold 40 LBS. I was seeing a constant 38 last night, which was great. Can we say I am seeing a TST in the near future.....

RonP,

Thanks for walking me through the steps about how to run sportsman trees. I had a great time running last night and wish we could have chatted a bit more! Take care up north!!!

Oh....I think we will have us a time friday night with that honda club...if they show.

For those not up on the scoop..I was at the track Friday and was running pretty well. I guess this kid saw me there. I went into target Saturday and this car club was having a meeting, so I let her sing. They drove over to where I parked and started asking about the truck. The kid confirmed I was running mid 13's and they all called BS. I told em to show up friday and we'll see what happens. They swear that with nothing but a turbo and programmer I will run 15's..I told them about our silver Monster that does run 14's on HUGE tires....they laughed...They'll see.
