Ice Breaker!

Just thought I'd break the ice and see what everyone has been up to. I'm finally being retired from the corps and recently I picked up a 94 12 valve! Still not fully decided on it's fate. Pulling truck, drag truck or just another truck to drive around. So what has everyone been up to?

Taking it easy trying to stay cool. Truck needs a bath and some TLC big time. Just too hot and too busy.

DITTO^^^this weather has been ridiculous!

Good to see someone reaching out on here "cadash"...
I am trying like hell to make it to some of these truck events that my man "Unruly" forwarded to me. Time is at a premium these days!

If my truck could slap me, she would. I have neglected her for way too long now! However, I am getting ready to roll into the 100K mark so I know there will be a lot of attention going to fluids, maintinance, etc...(ideas and suggestions here are welcome at this milestone)

Hope all is well on ya'lls end...Have a great rest of the week and weekend!

Good post Dan! CONGRATULATIONS on retirement!

I have been attending some of the national diesel events with my buddies Dale Smith and Dan Scheid. Dale Smith and his Driver Seth Sullivan WON the NHRDA Drag Race in the Pro-Street Class at Indianapolis recently. We finally BEAT the "Stuckey" Crew in the semi-finals. That was SWEET!

Also been running our antique 1960 Glasspar G-3 Skiboat with other fellow Glasspar Owners trying to stay cool.

Hey Dan.
Glad to hear the news. Staying around there?

I'm heading out there tomorrow. Have more work on base.

Hope you and the family are doing well.

That's awesome John! Hopefully I will be following the circuits with my to be determined 12 valve!

We are staying here for a bit. Ashley is finishing up school here soon and our oldest starts school in august. My new job is at the same squadron and office! Should hopefully make for a comfortable transition?
